Hope everyones Monday is going well. Here is a super easy recipe for simple steak and potatoes. I don't typically like cooking with foil.... but every now and then sometimes you gotta bust it out. OMG you guys these turned out INSANELY Delicious, and the recipe in itself gives me a cardiac arrest. I was a little intimidated by the recipe, I've never made cheesecake.
